Krista Weartz, ATP
As an Assistive Technology Professional (ATP), Krista’s journey in complex rehabilitation is shaped by a unique combination of skills and experiences. The ATP certification recognizes demonstrated competence in analyzing the needs of consumers with disabilities, assisting in the selection of appropriate assistive technology for the consumers’ needs, and providing training in the use of the selected devices.
With a background in funding and management, Krista has developed a strong understanding of the financial complexities that facilities and families face when seeking vital mobility solutions. Her knowledge in these areas enables her to guide clients through the often daunting process of insurance and funding, ensuring that they receive the support they need.
Krista’s hands on experience working with patients in long-term care and in home settings have been deeply fulfilling. Whether it is fitting a child for a specialized wheelchair or adapting equipment for an elderly client. Driven by passion for making a difference, Krista strives to empower families with the knowledge and resources they need to navigate their options confidently.

Mohamed Ali
Mohamed is Central HME’s Medical Equipment Liaison. Mohamed assists with connecting the bridge between healthcare providers and our clients.
He helps ensure smooth transitions for clients being discharged with equipment needs and can also educate clients and families on how to properly use the equipment they need.

Heather Brooks, RRT
With over 20 years of experience in respiratory therapy, Heather delivers exceptional care across acute and long-term care settings.
She is trained in CPAP/BiPAP machines, Tracheostomies, Respiratory treatments, ventilator management, and medication management.
Heather is known for her compassionate care and collaboration with healthcare teams, delivering personalized therapy to improve patient outcomes. She is dedicated to enhancing lives through her expertise and commitment to respiratory care.
