Scooter FAQ

It is important to consider many factors when choosing your perfect scooter:

  • Where will you use the scooter?
  • Will you use it on grass and rough terrain?
  • What is the users height and weight?
  • Are you able to take the scooter apart for transport?

Getting Started

Customer questions about our 3 and 4 wheel scooters.

The main differences are stability and maneuverability.  Although both scooters are safe and stable, a four wheel scooter, because of its extra wheel, offers a more stable platform. It is the preferred scooter if you use outdoors and on rough terrain.  The three wheel scooter is easier to maneuver and has a tighter turning radius.  A three wheel scooter also offers more leg room for taller individuals.  Central Home Medical Equipment offers 3 and four wheel scooters in almost every scooter style!
