The JAY Fusion® is an adjustable wheelchair cushion engineered to protect against pressure injuries that features the choice of JAY Flow® Fluid, JAY® Air™, or JAY Fluid with Cryo™ Technology insert options for optimal comfort and support.

For convenience and protection, the JAY Fusion features a dual-cover system. The water-resistant inner cover is easy to clean and includes anti-wicking seam thread and Aqua-guard zipper for foam protection.

The ROHO Custom cushion is designed specifically for individual needs. Many standard ROHO cushions may be customized with any combination of the following:

Varying number of valves / compartments.
Varying cell heights.
Add or delete cell rows beyond dimensions of standard size models.
Remove sections
Customizable to have between 36 to 160 cells
Smaller than 36 cells or greater than 160 cells are priced upon request

ROHO® Enhancer

The ENHANCER is an anatomically contoured ROHO air cushion designed for positioning and skin protection. The multiple air cell heights are contained within two independent inflation compartments: one for the ischial well and leg trough, the other for the lateral and medial thigh supports. The ENHANCER also includes the option to offload the ITs.

J2® Plus Cushion

Superior skin protection and stability bariatric wheelchair cushion
The JAY® J2® Plus, offering a weight capacity of 650 lbs, is a pre-contoured foam bariatric wheelchair cushion that features a JAY Flow® fluid tripad for superior skin protection and an easy to modify base with optional positioning components for optimal stability.

The J2 Plus features mild leg trough cutouts and medial thigh supports to encourage proper positioning of the pelvis and thighs for bariatric clients. A gentle anterior slope opens the hip angle to create a more upright posture. The J2 Plus’ closed cell foam construction is easy to modify in our factory or in the field and accommodates changing needs.

A urethane inner cover is easy to wipe off and clean and protects the foam base from moisture-build up.

Axiom SP Fluid

Axiom SP Fluid takes advantage of the Axiom Difference and is designed to provide increased immersion and envelopment, using a Hydrolite fluid bladder instead of the Viscoelastic Foam used in the Axiom SP Visco.

Axiom SP Fluid is designed to provide increased envelopment, allowing the trochanters to bear an effective load. This improves stability by widening the base of support and reduces the load the tissue that supports the Ischial Tuberosities must bear.

Axiom SP Fluid is constructed with foam that has a high IFD and density. The dual density polyurethane foam base offers firm support in the lower layer with a durable comfort layer on top.

The Hydrolite fluid bladder sits on top of the waterproof inner cover; reducing surface tension and maximizing envelopment of the ischia and coccyx. The bladder rests directly under the super stretch outer cover, allowing it to conform to the tissues supporting the Ischial Tuberosities.

Axiom SP Visco takes advantage of the Axiom Difference and is designed to provide increased immersion, using a Viscoelastic Foam instead of the Hydrolite fluid bladder seen in the Axiom SP Fluid.

Axiom SP Visco is constructed with foam that has a high IFD and density. The dual density polyurethane foam base offers firm support in the lower layer with a durable comfort layer on top. While the viscoelastic foam insert with unique hexagonal shapes increase envelopment and reduce compression around the ischia and coccyx.

Axiom SP Visco has a properly designed pre-contoured shape, designed to provide increased immersion, allowing the trochanters to bear an effective load, widening the base of support, and reducing the load the Ischial Tuberosities must bear. The well also has two small areas where foam is removed under the Ischial Tuberosities to facilitate immersion.

The JAY X2® is a lightweight, maintenance-free, fluid wheelchair cushion with a reduced profile that is designed to provide stability and pressure relief to active clients. Using elements from the JAY Xtreme and Active cushions, the X2 combines JAY’s time-tested designs with its latest technologies.

The X2’s incredibly lightweight foam keeps the overall weight of the mobility system down for active clients, while its 2.25″ profile doesn’t sacrifice seat-to-floor height.

X2 wheelchair seating features a small JAY Flow fluid insert, which conforms to each individual’s shape and ensures proper fluid placement beneath bony prominences to help protect the skin from breakdown.

The Union features a top layer of soft, gel-infused Visco™ memory foam with an extra layer covering the Pelvic Loading Area. This combination creates the ultimate wheelchair seating surface that distributes weight for pressure reduction and maximum comfort.

High levels of immersion with excellent envelopment

Pressure redistribution is at its best with the enveloping qualities of the one compartment Standard Air cushion series. The flexibility of the Neoprene cells allows the cells to shape around the buttocks, keeping cell deformation to a very low level. Standard Air is available in two different heights; 2 and 4 inches. The higher cells, the better pressure redistribution qualities.

The interconnected air cells ensure excellent pressure redistribution properties, continually readjusted to the user’s shape as they move in their seat. Single chamber entails only one valve adjustment. The Standard Air Cushion is ideal for easy handling.
